Our stay at this hotel was delightful, especially thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us and our two small dogs. The room was clean and very spacious, and the beautiful courtyard and outdoor areas added a lovely touch. However, we did have a rough night due to a loud family in the next room, which affected our sleep. Overall, the hotel provides great value, especially considering the pet-friendly policies and the nice dining options available.
I had such a wonderful time at this hotel during our getaway. The staff went above and beyond for us, ensuring our early check-in was smooth and offering excellent dining recommendations. The rooms were lovely and very clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On the downside, I noticed that the restaurant was closed during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. All in all, I would definitely return for another stay.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with exceptional customer service and comfortable accommodations. The heated pool and hot tub were just what I needed to relax after a long day. However, I found the noise from the nearby freeway distracting at times. Overall, the hotel offered good value for a family getaway but could improve on soundproofing in the rooms.
